I was very happy to have been hired to wrap the outside of the first Apple store in the Netherlands. I, along with a fine crew, applied Dutch orange film and text to the windows over the course of two nights. The weather made for a tricky install but, in the end, the final result made it worth it. The building has already gotten lots of attention, particularly from the press. Check out this blog that went up the day the install was finished: http://www.macrumors.com/2012/02/14/apple-unveils-striking-new-window-coverings-at-forthcoming-amsterdam-store/. The store will open on March 3. This Apple store is particularly beautiful and the work done on this historic building has been top notch. A special thanks to Jeff Hatfield and Michelle Reitblat from The Guild for the work and their help during the installation. Viva Apple Amsterdam!
